<h2>YOUR TASKS</h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Implement and optimize HR processes while ensuring continuous improvement, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations</li> <li>Adapt and further develop the HR system landscape for the Hungarian market in close collaboration with HQ, considering country-specific legal and cultural requirements</li> <li>Drive HR and leadership development initiatives, including change management and talent management programs, to support organizational growth and employee development</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Ensure the successful implementation, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of HR processes and standards</li> <li>Act as the key interface between local stakeholders in Hungary and HQ regarding HR systems, tools, and digital solutions</li> <li>Identify and implement country-specific HR requirements, ensuring compliance with local labor law and alignment with corporate standards</li> <li>Contribute to a modern and future-oriented HR environment by promoting best practices, organizational development, and employee engagement</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>YOUR PROFIL</h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Several years of HR experience in a multinational environment with strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HR development, and change management</li> <li>Process-oriented mindset with interest in HR systems, digital solutions, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Good knowledge of labor law and experience working with standards, KPIs, and structured processes</li> <li>Independent, solution-oriented, and proactive working style with strong communication</li> <li>fluent in Hungarian and English (at least C1), German would be a big plus</li> </ul> <p> </p>
