Implementing the business strategy of the company </strong></p> <ul> <li>Driving digital adoption at customers and sales force</li> <li>Technical Seminars and customer connects to reinforce Coats brand</li> <li>Liaising with technical team for right product offerings and upgradation. Using sales tools and report for regular analysis</li> <li>Effective utilization of the marketing and promotional material</li> </ul> <ol start="3"> <li><strong>Customer management</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Managing customer relationships with key stake holders</li> <li>Engage with customers with new product and service offering</li> <li>Provide customers with a much higher level of technical & commercial competence</li> <li>Understanding short and long term customer business projections</li> <li>Minimum 15 to 20 days of market visits</li> <li>Engagement with senior and mid level management of the customers</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong>4<strong>.
