These critical solutions are used to create a wide range of products, including ones that provide safety and protection for people, data and the environment.</p> <p>Trusted by the world&apos;s leading companies to deliver crucial, innovative, and sustainable solutions, we provide value-adding products including apparel, footwear and speciality threads.</p> <p>With a proud heritage dating back more than 250 years and a spirit of evolution to constantly stay ahead of changing market needs, we have operations across 50 countries with a workforce of over 17,000, serving our customers worldwide.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Purpose:</strong></p> <p>• Strengthening the Company’s Business interests in the Marketplace</p> <p>• Form the vital link between the Company and Customers</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will do (Key Responsibilities):</strong></p> <ol> <li><strong>Sales &amp; Collection </strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Driving sales and collection target for his zones from his team</li> <li>Identifying the overall potential for the territory</li> <li>Selling the entire product range</li> <li>Identifying cross selling / upselling opportunities at both direct and indirect accounts</li> <li>Innovative customer focussed offerings to gain customer / market share</li> <li>Understanding market operating prices as well as dealer ROI / margin structure</li> <li>Collaborating internally with Global and domestic account team to grow business</li> <li>Timely collection of dues</li> <li>Monitoring overdues and streamlining the accounts</li> <li>Ledger review with the team</li> <li>Optimise the credit limits and adhoc requests</li> <li>Periodic updates and reports on the market activities to the branch manager</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong>2<strong>. Implementing the business strategy of the company </strong></p> <ul> <li>Driving digital adoption at customers and sales force</li> <li>Technical Seminars and customer connects to reinforce Coats brand</li> <li>Liaising with technical team for right product offerings and upgradation. Using sales tools and report for regular analysis</li> <li>Effective utilization of the marketing and promotional material</li> </ul> <ol start="3"> <li><strong>Customer management</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Managing customer relationships with key stake holders</li> <li>Engage with customers with new product and service offering</li> <li>Provide customers with a much higher level of technical &amp; commercial competence</li> <li>Understanding short and long term customer business projections</li> <li>Minimum 15 to 20 days of market visits</li> <li>Engagement with senior and mid level management of the customers</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong>4<strong>.
