This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout our supply chain.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Principal Accountabilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.</span></li> <li><span>Constant Direction to 3PL/CFA team on organizational goals and KPIs (daily, monthly,quarterly) train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.</span></li> <li><span>Monitoring inventory levels and sending timely alert when inventory becomes too low or High.</span></li> <li><span>Optimize warehouse space utilization & implement efficient warehouse layout.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure accuracy of inventory records, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies.</span></li> <li><span>Enforcing facility security and employee safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to the government’s safety standard.</span></li> <li><span>Ensuring the Key Performance Indicator for Supply Chain team, viz, Dispatch lead time, overall TAT are being met keeping the cost in control.</span></li> <li><span>Identify process and cost improvement opportunities and implement best practices and conduct RCA and CAPA to identify gaps in current operations.</span></li> <li><span>Communicating with clients, suppliers and with internal stakeholders by email or phone to coordinate for regular any specific needs pertaining to load prioritization, Onway visibilityto customers/sales team.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Education, Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Any bachelor’s degree in relevant domain.</span></li> <li><span>Should have good written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent Knowledge in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Analytics Dashboards (vizPower BI)</span></li> <li><span>Attention to detail and ability to look at collaborate with multiple stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>Timely completion and execution of tasks.</span></li> <li><span>Graduate with 4+ yrs experience in relevant domain or a fresh Postgraduate preferably in Supply chain or operations.<strong> </strong></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Knowledge of SAP and APO is desirable.</span></li> <li><span>Good reporting knowledge.</span></li> </ul> <p>At Coats Group, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and fostering a diverse and collaborative environment where every team member can thrive.
