<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><em>This is a remote position supporting the Northeast region of the U.S.</em></p> <p>Coats is seeking a Global Accounts Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships across key global apparel brands in the US East region. You will manage strategic accounts, expand business opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver profitable growth.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and execute strategic account plans</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage relationships with global apparel brands</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify and convert new business opportunities</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Achieve sales and gross profit targets</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with cross-functional teams</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor market trends and competitor activity</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Drive upselling and cross-selling</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide forecasting and reporting</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Represent company at industry events</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">5–7+ years in sales or account management</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven revenue growth experience</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Apparel/textile experience preferred</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong communication and negotiation skills</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to build global relationships</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Willingness to travel</li> </ul> <p> </p>
