Role Purpose: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To be a communicator between the company and its customers through personal selling</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To achieve agreed sales and collection targets;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To manage and develop business of allocated sales territory by implementing sales plan, providing necessary supports to gain customer satisfaction.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To maintain and develop relationship with customers</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To collaborate with operation team in technical supports</li> </ul> What you will do (Key Responsibilities): <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monthly Sales Achievement/ Annual sales Achievement/ Product Mix Turnover</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain existing customers and create sales opportunities via share gain, up-gradation and price increase to meet the sales target set</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Follow up and monitor the specification gained by Global sales team, actively feedback the results and consult with Global sales team if there is any violation of subcontractors re. compliance of specification</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Raise quotations to customers, as appropriate, and follow progress to order completion stage.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with operation team in Technical Supports, deliver technical solutions to develop business and problem solving.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Number of new business gain with sales recorded and/or specification gain</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Seek, develop and gain new businesses via customer conversion, up-gradation, new products and services</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Follow up and implement specification gained by Global sales team to gain sales at local contractors</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Actively notify, provide information and local support to Global sales team to work on gaining speciation from new brands</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collection achievement vs. target</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Liaise with credit control officer to work closely with customers in order to collect the payment on time.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Directly work with customers’ accounting and relating departments about the payment procedure. Take responsibility to solve any issues about payment with customers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain and develop relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Actively approach and build relationship with across department within customer organization</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide customer satisfaction by handling well all routine work, technical support, and problem solving</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Report on time to direct manager. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide accurate and detailed Forecast of future demand.</li> </ul> Who you are (Requirements): <ul> <li>University/college graduate with experience in field sales, within the organization preferred.</li> <li>Proven ability to work independently in key customer management.</li> <li>Bright Intelligent/ Personality/ Willingness to learn/ Team Player / Motivated person.</li> <li>Knowledges of technical about garment/textile materials</li> <li>Quick learner with a strong willingness to explore new products/technology</li> <li>Ability to communicate fluently in English.</li> <li>Ability to work flexibly with colleagues to achieve team objectives.</li> <li>Confidence in presenting in front of group of people.</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.</li> </ul> What will set you apart (Nice to Have): <ul> <li>Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese/Korean is a plus</li> <li>Beside of garment/textile background, experienced in speciality products is advantage (furniture/sporting goods/automotive)</li> </ul> </div> <div> <div> <div> At Coats Group, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and fostering a diverse and collaborative environment where every team member can thrive.
