This individual will serve a key function in providing day-to-day accounting services including preparation of account analysis, budgeting and forecasting, contribution reporting, weekly, monthly, and quarterly metric reporting, and assistance with compiling operational financial reports. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in special project requests that support operational success.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Prepares assigned weekly, monthly and quarterly analyses, with a specific focus on contribution reporting, chargeability, billability and revenue/billing analysis;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Prepares various schedules and financial reports to support quarterly contribution reporting to shareholders, and for the compilation of annual budgets and projections of the balance sheet and income statement;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Prepares schedules for metric and key performance indicators to support annual compensation bonus reviews;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Assists with share/unit tracking;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Assists with the monthly cash reconciliation and compilation of the monthly financial packages, including the accrual income statement and key financial metrics;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Supports monthly and quarterly closes and financial reporting;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Responsible for supervising a small team of finance staff, which includes coaching, training and performance management, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement, and mentoring for professional growth; and</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Performs other duties as requested.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="background-color:white;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA and/or MBA preferred;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="background-color:white;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">5+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="background-color:white;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Expert in Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="background-color:white;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience in conducting relevant research online.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="background-color:white;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Knowledge of SAP is preferred;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="background-color:white;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong attention to detail and accuracy;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="background-color:white;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="background-color:white;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Understanding of accounting procedures and general knowledge of monthly accrual accounting close procedures and account reconciliation;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="background-color:white;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="background-color:white;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Sound judgment capability and ability to maintain confidentiality; The estimated range for this role is: $110,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills. Certain roles may be eligible for overtime and participation in the firm's annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm. Employees are also eligible to receive up to 20 days of paid vacation time, 10 days of paid sick time and 10 paid holidays throughout the year. Eligibility and actual paid time off may vary based on local law and factors such as hours worked, related work experience and level.</span></span></p>
