This role, within the SAP Operations / IT Business Systems team, is accountable for SAP Enterprise Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) and related operational modules. The position leads solution design, implementation, continuous improvement initiatives, monthly release management, and production support. It also provides functional leadership to the SAP Functional Analyst team, overseeing day-to-day activities, team performance, and the delivery of medium-sized projects. In addition, the role builds strong partnerships with operational stakeholders, ensures alignment on business requirements, advises current and emerging technologies, and supports governance through effective reporting, policies, and procedures.
