About you: We are looking for an energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, who can influence effectively at all levels, while taking people on our continuous improvement journey. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, you will partner with business leaders, at General Management level, where you will get a high-level of understanding of the global business. You will also have the skills to communicate with the operators and core team who work within our manufacturing operations environment. A flexible team player who possesses a proven track record of application of Lean Tools for Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment, working in a cross functional team environment that is focused on delivering value to the business. You will have a great attitude and aptitude to learn and share our techniques to drive efficiency and productivity to our customers.
