<p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Cocon Light'">As Group ESG/Sustainability Specialist, you help translate our Lotus Bakeries sustainability ambitions into concrete actions. You are the project lead of initiatives that fit within our Road to Net Zero and our Sustainable Sourcing. You will work closely with the international teams across the organization to drive progress on sustainability metrics.</p><p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Cocon Light'"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Reporting to the Group Director ESG, your responsibilities include:</span></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;margin-left:0.0px"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Contribute to Lotus Bakeries’ decarbonization roadmap by mapping suppliers based on emissions and climate maturity and engage with them to drive progress on our carbon reduction.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif"><br></span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Manage Lotus Bakeries’ ESG ratings such as EcoVadis and </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">improve our ratings through structured analyses, gap assessments and recommendations on how to move forward.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Act as the ESG expert to develop and maintain an LLM sustainability knowledge hub. This hub will allow our teams to be on top of customer and stakeholder questions, by providing accurate responses, training materials and up-to-date documentation.</span></li> </ul> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Develop an approach to be compliant with upcoming sustainability legislations such as CSDDD (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive) and roll-out this approach in the organisation.
