<p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Cocon Light'"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">In this role you lead and coach the General Ledger Accounting Team within the Group Accounting Center, ensuring a strong and collaborative accounting environment. As a hands-on accounting manager, you support your team with technical expertise while safeguarding accurate financial reporting and continuously improving accounting processes across multiple international entities.</span></p><ul> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">We count on you to lead, coach and further develop the General Ledger team of 9 people within the Global Accounting Center.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">As a hands-on manager, you support your team in complex accounting topics and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closings.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">You take ownership of the Record-to-Report process and safeguard compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements as defined by Group Finance.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Together with Group Finance and local finance teams, you ensure clear and consistent reporting and strong collaboration across the different entities.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">You continuously look for opportunities to improve and standardize accounting processes and drive automation initiatives within the accounting environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">You report to the Group Director Shared Services.</span></li> </ul><p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Cocon Light'"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Cocon Light'"> </p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">We expect you to have around 8–10 years of experience in audit or accounting roles within medium to large companies in an international environment.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">You have technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and local GAAP.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Experience with ERP systems is required (SAP is a strong plus), combined with an excellent knowledge of Excel.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Ideally you already have some experience in coaching or leading a small team.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">You are KPI-driven, structured and able to navigate in an international corporate environment.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you work closely with various stakeholders across Finance.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:9.5pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus.</span></li> </ul>
