Do not spread negativity</li> </ul> <p><strong>System og maintenance</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Maintain the departments drawing archive</li> <li>Ensure that the department has access to printes drawings, on request</li> </ul> <p><strong>Planning</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Activly seek information on the need for drawing support within the departments projects through continous dialogue</li> <li>Provide input to drawings in projects Master Document Register based on standard MRD</li> <li>Stay updated on the overall project plan</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Resource planning </strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Independent monitoring of work load. Keep open dialouge with manager with respect to to too high or low workload. </li> <li>Activly seek to relieve others of work load in periods of spare capacity.
