As a Product Assortment & Demand Manager, you will report directly to the Leader, Commercial Excellence & Continuous Improvement of the Business Group PWR Grid&Connect North America. GETTING TO KNOW THE POSITION The Product Assortment & Demand Manager is responsible for governing the company’s product portfolio while ensuring alignment between customer demand, supply availability, and operational execution. The role combines product lifecycle management, master data governance, and demand coordination to support a consistent and transparent customer experience. This position serves as a central liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain, managing backlog visibility, monitoring delivery commitments, and coordinating revised estimated delivery dates. Through structured product management and demand oversight, the role ensures portfolio clarity, ERP data integrity, and improved communication across the organization.
