As a Sales Systems & CI Specialist, you will report directly to the Commercial Excellence & CI Leader. As the SAP Super Key User, this role aligns system functionality with business requirements and enhances user experience through training, documentation, process mapping, and Lean-based improvement programs. The Sales Systems & CI Specialist is responsible for managing sales systems governance, optimizing sales workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position ensures that sales processes, tools, and performance routines are standardized, efficient, and integrated across functions. HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT 1.
