About the role Tainan site is a joint venture (JV) between Shinkong and Solvay (called Shinsol), operated by Solvay as part of Solvay's Global Business Unit (GBU) Peroxides. This GBU is a leading supplier of products based on hydrogen peroxide. The Tainan site produces electronic grade hydrogen peroxide. Electronic grade hydrogen peroxide is used in semiconductor manufacturing in Taiwan. As Plant Manager of Tainan site, you will work on leading all Health, Safety and Environmental activities, managing the production of hydrogen peroxide electronic grade, and setting and achieving KPI targets to support the overall operational excellence and strategic growth of the Tainan site.
