Training or willingness to obtain certifications is expected.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct weekly layered audits, address complaints, and implement corrective actions.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.</li> </ul> What You’ll Bring: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">High school diploma or GED is required.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field is preferred.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">1 to 3 years of experience in sanitation, food safety, and/or training is preferred.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Familiar with FDA/USDA regulations and requirements.</li> </ul> Where You’ll Work: WELCOME TO MANITOWOC Thousands of visitors are drawn here each year to explore the USS Cobia World War II submarine, tour Rogers Street Fishing Village to view relics of famous shipwrecks, or sail across Lake Michigan on the S.
