YOUR ROLE As our Creative AI Specialist, you will be responsible for exploring, developing and implementing AI-driven creative solutions. You will focus on researching emerging AI technologies, creating AI-generated visual content and developing innovative workflows that enhance BESTSELLER’s product, storytelling, creative development and digital efficiency. You will act as a digital pioneer by identifying new AI tools and market trends, ensuring the company stays ahead in applying AI within the fashion and product creation process. Your key responsibilities include: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Continuously research emerging AI and 3D technologies relevant to fashion, evaluating their creative potential, limitations and implications on existing workflows.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Test and benchmark on AI tools and platforms, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations to support DPC initiatives and brand strategies.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Create AI-generated visual content including images, videos and concept visuals using tools such as KREA, Kling, Weavy, Nano Banana, Midjourney and other relevant and potential platforms.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Produce high-quality 3D visuals, motion graphics and digital assets using tools such as Cinema 4D, supporting product storytelling and design presentations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Refine and enhance AI and 3D outputs using Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects for image and video editing.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate closely with DPC, merchandising teams and suppliers to ensure specifications are accurately translated into digital assets while maintaining clear ownership of assigned deliverables.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support internal knowledge sharing and capability building through training sessions, demos, presentations and best-practice materials related to AI and 3D workflows.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Stay updated on AI developments and industry trends, and attend relevant AI conferences, technology events and fashion/fabric fairs to explore new tools and innovation opportunities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Independently manage projects and multiple tasks under tight deadlines while proactively proposing improvements to AI tools, digital content and creative workflows.</li> </ul> YOUR PROFILE You are a creative problem solver with a strong digital mindset.
