About this role
<p>We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to lead a team of four and take ownership of sourcing and supplier development for bicycle wheelset components, along with related tools and machinery.</p> <p>This role is responsible for making sure materials are sourced competitively, delivered on time, and consistently meet quality expectations. Beyond day-to-day procurement, the position plays an important role in supporting new product development and maintaining stable supply operations across the business.</p> <p>You’ll also act as a key bridge between internal teams and suppliers, building strong working relationships, resolving issues before they escalate, and developing long-term partnerships that support sustainable growth.</p> <p>THIS EXCITING CHALLENGE IS WAITING FOR YOU</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Define and implement sourcing and supplier management strategies to enhance supply stability, supplier performance and overall competitiveness.</li> <li>Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, MOQ, and other commercial conditions while supporting annual cost-saving initiatives.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure alignment on quality, cost, and delivery expectations.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support new product development, supplier onboarding, and ongoing operational requirements.</li> <li>Identify potential supply risks (e.g., capacity constraints, quality concerns, financial instability, or geopolitical impacts) and put mitigation plans in place proactively.</li> <li>制定並推動採購及供應商管理策略，提升關鍵零件供應穩定度、供應商績效，以及整體競爭力。</li> <li>負責價格談判、交期條件、產能配置與最低訂購量(MOQ) 管理及其他商務條件談判，並推動年度降本計畫。</li> <li>維持並深化與供應商的合作關係，確保品質、成本與交期符合公司要求。</li> <li>與研發、製造、品質及其他相關部門密切合作，參與支援新產品開發、供應商導入及日常營運需求。管理供應商績效，持續推動品質、交期、成本與服務面的改善。</li> <li>主動辨識供應風險，例如產能不足、品質異常、財務狀況或地緣政治影響，並提前擬定應變方案。</li> </ul> <p>THESE CHARACTERISTICS DISTINGUISH YOU</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement within a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Solid knowledge of demand planning, procurement processes, and inventory management.</li> <li>Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.</li> <li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Experience with SAP/ERP systems, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Proven leadership capability with experience in team management and people development.</li> <li>Engineering or technical background is preferred, with understanding of machining and manufacturing processes.</li> <li>Fluent in both spoken and written English.</li> <li>5年以上製造業採購或供應鏈經驗，具自行車產業或機加工產業背景尤佳。</li> <li>熟悉需求規劃、採購流程規劃、供應商管理及庫存管理。</li> <li>個性主動積極，具獨立作業能力，能有效安排工作優先順序。</li> <li>具備良好的跨部門溝通協作能力，能在變動快速的環境中處理多項任務。</li> <li>具備優秀的談判、溝通及利害關係人管理能力。</li> <li>熟悉 SAP / ERP 系統操作，並具數據分析與流程改善經驗。</li> <li>具備團隊管理經驗，能帶領並培育與提升團隊成員。</li> <li>工程或技術背景尤佳，熟悉機械加工與製造流程者優先考慮。</li> <li>英文能力精通佳，可作為工作溝通語言。</li> </ul> <p>WHAT AWAITS YOU WITH US</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>An amiable and motivated Team.</li> <li>Interesting and ever-changing tasks.</li> <li>Attractive conditions of employment.</li> <li>Sportive and dynamic working environment.</li> </ul> <p>BE PART OF OUR TEAM AND MOVE THE BIKE WORLD WITH US!</p> <p>On our website at <a href="https://www.dtswiss.com/">www.dtswiss.com</a> you can find out more about jobs &amp; careers at DT Swiss.
