The GSE Maintenance Manager has direct reports and fosters a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence within the GSE department.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px sans-serif">Understanding of applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, FAA, local and company-specific requirements).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">Ability to coordinate maintenance schedules,
