Responsible for the Continuous Improvement (CI) scope of work (process oversight and improvement, coaching, training, reporting), the position aims to promote the success of CI implemented projects Projects:</strong></span><br><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Initiate, manage, and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, 5S activities, Gemba walks, andother process improvement tools.</span><br><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Develop and execute improvement plans aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste.</span><br><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Measure and report on improvement project outcomes, ensuring goals are met and sustained.</span><br><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Identify the root cause of problems and develop corrective sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Minimum of 4 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational roles, preferably inan air cargo or logistics environment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Green Belt certification preferred) </span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Proven ability to lead improvement projects from inception to completion with measurable results (project management experience a plus).</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Working knowledge of CI tools such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data visualization tools (e.g.,
