Manages staffing, training, and performance, including hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Maintains communication with airport officials and customers, monitors work quality, enforces TSA regulations, and ensures budgetary adherence. airport activities for ramp services functions.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Monitor the quantity and quality of work performance within assigned areas.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Direct personnel, oversee staffing requirements, and provide input on hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and termination of subordinates.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Ensure compliance with company rules, standards, and contractual agreements.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Monitor and enforce budgetary controls and manning requirements.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Communicate with Airport Board officials and individual customers as needed.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Proactively supervise employees to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Maintain operations in compliance with corporate security programs and TSA regulations.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Conduct required company audits to ensure continuity and compliance.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Implement and clarify the site-specific security plan, ensuring all staff have proper ID badges.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Promote a respectful and equitable work environment for employees, customers, vendors, and third parties.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Ensure all staff follow safety and operational standards, and address passenger or operational concerns professionally.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Coordinate with all departments to meet operational needs, including catering, fueling, and maintenance.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Represent the company in assigned style=""><span style="">2-3 years of experience in ramp operations or ground handling.</span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span style="">Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. </span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span style="">Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of ramp operations.</span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span style="">Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span style="">Must have and maintain a valid US Driver's License</span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span style="">Ability to
