This is a Part Time position. The role ensures adherence to federal and international regulations while supporting ground personnel to maintain safety and operational excellence.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Coordinate all activities during aircraft turnaround to ensure compliance with the Turnaround Plan and safety regulations.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Conduct aircraft arrival and departure visual inspections and complete required checklists.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Monitor and enforce compliance with safety procedures for all turnaround personnel.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Report and document all incidents, accidents, and irregularities, including airline-required paperwork.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Confirm with the Ramp Supervisor that loading is complete and aircraft holds are clear.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Communicate applicable flight information to the Captain and allocate delay reason codes as necessary.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Manage any disruptions to the Turnaround Plan and ensure smooth coordination.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Complete CLC planning, Movement of Aircraft reports, and all relevant flight reports.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Adhere to WFS site security protocols, remaining aware of style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Previous experience in flight operations or ground handling</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">High school diploma or equivalent required.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Detail-oriented with the ability to complete checklists and paperwork accurately.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Must have and maintain valid US driver’s <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Familiarity with aircraft ground support equipment and operations.</span></span></li> <li><span
