This position will own the design and administration of AI-supported workflows used for multi-lingual procurement acquisition, supplier risk analysis, audit readiness, policy compliance, reporting, and procurement process controls. As the AI Procurement lead for design, documentation, and workflow, the role will work closely with the SATS TDX Data and AI group. The position requires strong procurement, legal, technology, and AI literacy. The role will work closely with Procurement, Legal, IT, Finance, Operations, Internal Audit, and global leadership to identify automation opportunities, validate AI outputs, manage risk controls, and improve the quality, speed, and consistency of procurement activities within the multi-lingual Americas region.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Lead the design, documentation, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled procurement systems supporting sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, compliance monitoring, reporting, and audit readiness.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Translate business requirements into system workflows, prompts, data inputs, validation rules, dashboards, and user procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate, configure, test, and deploy procurement technology solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Implement and manage AI-supported contract review processes for supplier agreements, NDAs, amendments, and statements of work.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Leverage AI and analytics tools to identify risk patterns, benchmark commercial terms, flag deviations, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Develop and maintain governance frameworks for responsible AI use within procurement processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Establish controls covering approved use cases, data handling, access permissions, human oversight, validation, audit trails, and escalation protocols.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools covering procurement cycle time, supplier performance, contract lifecycle, risk metrics, compliance exceptions, and AI tool performance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.</span></li> sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">6-8 years relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, compliance, legal operations, procurement technology, data analytics, AI-enabled business tools, or a related function.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">3 years of experience leading projects, systems implementations, process improvement initiatives, compliance programs, or cross-functional business transformation work.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">In-depth knowledge of airline, warehousing or other transportation industry-specific regulations and risk management.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Demonstrated knowledge of AI-enabled tools, contract lifecycle management systems, procurement platforms, data analytics tools, workflow automation tools, or dashboard/reporting solutions.</span></li> <li
