The supervisor provides hands-on technical support, coordinate daily work assignments, and serves as the primary liaison between mechanics, operations leadership, and airline customers. </span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Lead, train, and supervise mechanics maintaining passenger boarding bridges (PBBs) and/or conveyor belt systems.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Assign, monitor, and fully review daily work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, and emergency repairs. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, ensuring timely resolution. </span></span></li> <li>Oversee parts inventory, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.</li> <li>Ensure all work complies with safety standards, OSHA regulations, airport authority requirements, and company SOPs.</li> <li>Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members to drive accountability and professional growth.</li> <li>Act as point of contact for station operations, airline customers, and contractors regarding equipment status and downtime. </li> <li>Support budget planning, cost controls, and vendor management for parts and services. </li> <li>Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support when required. </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Minimum Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent (technical or trade school preferred)</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">3+ years of experience in Industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, or airport ground support equipment. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">1+ years of supervisory experience or lead mechanic experience. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Proficiency with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Must be able to attain and sustain an Airport I.D.
