Included is time management, cycle time, rates, line ups, direct all reports, containment, OEE, floor 55, safety, downtime, cost and training. Ensures a safe working environment by monitoring correct use of personal protective equipment, adherence to work instructions and identification/corrective action of safety risks.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Collects and completes production reports and ensure 100% accuracy in the reporting. Enter data in production database and file paperwork in appropriate locations. Use data and on the floor monitoring to report machine status, concerns, audit results, and follow-up information in shift notes and rounds meetings.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Responsible for production containments, identification, organization, tagging, and flow.
