Initiates corrective actions.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Responsible for the training and development of subordinates.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Oversees the process of modifying/retrofitting industrial equipment.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Designs, implements, and modifies preventive maintenance programs by reviewing production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics; inspecting operating machines, equipment, and systems for conformance with operational standards.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Work closely with safety to effectively plan for changes necessary to meet governmental and/or company safety compliance changes.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Analyze and track equipment downtime and present monthly the plants downtime reports and improvement plans to management for review.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Develops short and long-range operating objectives, organizational structure, and staffing requirements.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Manages maintenance staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Ensures that training and development needs are identified, and programs initiated.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Complies with and ensures that Company's principles, policies, and programs are consistently practiced.</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white"><strong><span style="">Position Requirements</span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">BS Degree in Engineering with a minimum of five (5) years experience managing plant maintenance facilities or Ten (10) years of progressive management responsibility in a large industrial maintenance department with a minimum of a high school education.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Design experience an asset.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Allen Bradley (PLC 5, RS Logix 5000, slick 500 Control logix,), Siemens S7 Device net, Profibus, Ethernet IP, Die Casting, CNC, Robotics, and/or large hydraulic system experience is a Plus.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p><p><span style=""><span style=""><em><span style=""><span style="">Nemak USA, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
