This role drives cybersecurity strategy for the plant floor, bridging IT and OT teams to protect industrial equipment within the plants and supporting infrastructure from cyber threats while enabling safe and efficient operations.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal"><strong><span style="">Main Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%"><span style="">Supports the development and implementation of the plant's OT cybersecurity roadmap aligned with corporate security standards and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, IEC 62443, ISO 27001)</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%"><span style="">Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for OT cybersecurity across manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, and IT teams. Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and mitigation planning for industrial automation systems</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%"><span style="">Manage and report on OT cybersecurity KPIs, audit readiness, and compliance documentation</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%"><span style="">Maintain an asset inventory of OT systems, networks, and software versions, and coordinate patching and vulnerability management.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%"><span style="">Collaborate with Plant and BU teams. Partner with OEMs, integrators, and vendors to ensure secure deployment and lifecycle management of industrial equipment.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%"><span style="">Provide training and awareness programs for plant personnel on OT cybersecurity practices.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%"><span style="">Drive continuous improvement in system resilience and recovery capabilities to emerging threats, vulnerabilities and best practices in OT/ICS security.</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal"><strong><span style="">Position Requirements</span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%"><span style="">Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred)</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%"><span style="">5-7+ years relevant experience focusing on health and safety issues in manufacturing environments.
