problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for handling support cases. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">District jobsite setup and turndown, including remote support. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Creates and delivers technical training and other knowledge resources. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Administers and monitors district office and construction site server resources and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation, and responds to issues. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Accurate and timely logging of problems, and resolutions to problems, in problem-management database. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in computer technology or a related discipline. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">5 years of progressive experience in a related field. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Intermediate problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work and delegate simple tasks. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Results-oriented and able to drive deadlines. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span
