Relevant professional designation preferred. </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">8+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or total rewards, including hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems. </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">1–3 years of experience leading or supervising benefits or HR professionals. </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Advanced knowledge of U.S. benefits programs, related legislation, and compliance requirements. </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Strong analytical skills, with experience assessing programs and analyzing benefits data and trends. </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders. </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related HR systems. </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Ability to travel to project sites and company locations, as required.</span></span></li> </ul></div></div></div><p>The estimated salary range for this role is between $120,000-$155,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
