style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Assists the project manager and superintendent with overall project performance including cost, schedule, safety and quality. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Assists in overall construction coordination, planning and identifying potential risks and resolving field technical issues. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Performs quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage contract progress and reporting. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Develops and maintains excellent relationships with our trade partners through activities such as issuing tender packages, defining scopes of work, answering inquires and monitoring progress. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Assists with change management and change order process, including pricing, processing, and assessing cost and schedule impact. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Administers request for information and shop drawing and submittal process. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Assists with pre-commissioning or commissioning. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Assists with overall project closeout, including archiving documents, maintenance, and warranty. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Identifies and assists style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">3–5 years of construction industry experience. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of construction industry including equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building materials, quality, safety, construction sequences and building code. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to apply basic engineering and problem-solving principles to construction challenges and present solutions. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to create a comprehensive schedule and administer subcontracts and contract documents. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.</span></span></li> </ul>
