(if applicable, for self-perform responsibility)</span></span></li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, trade or a related field. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">2–3 years of progressive experience as field coordinator is preferred. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to understand and apply basic construction principles, specifications, and procedures. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with a broad range of construction specifications, and methods and procedures (e.g., self-perform work, trade partners, work scopes, temporary work, and equipment).</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders including supervisors and subtrade partners. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.</span></span><br> </li> </ul> </div></div></div><p><strong>Your Work Has Purpose Here</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>PCL projects are where life happens, where communities connect, careers begin, and progress is made.
