</div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare components of the quarterly and annual income tax provision (ASC 740), including current and deferred tax calculations and supporting schedules</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare consolidated and separate company federal and state corporate income tax returns</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare federal and state partnership tax returns</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare state franchise and gross receipts tax returns</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare federal and state estimated tax payments and extensions</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare tax depreciation calculations and support fixed asset tax reporting</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare Forms 1099 and 1042 Series Forms, including reconciliations and filing support</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">2–4 years of tax experience in public accounting or a multi-state corporate environment</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Working knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. income tax compliance</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent research skills</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, sans-serif">Exposure to property tax and/or sales and use tax</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">CPA eligibility or inquiries</span></li> </ul></div></div></div><p>The estimated salary range for this role is <strong>$81,000-$104,500</strong>, based on your experience and qualifications.
