Identifies risks and opportunities and communicates to the project team. </li> <li style="">Processes critical building systems submittals, coordination documents, and reports. </li> <li style="">Manages the coordination of the drawing process and provides direction on model coordination, as required. </li> <li style="">Provides input on schedule development and implementation to the project team as they pertain to the execution of building systems and ensures correct sequencing and correlation to the architectural aspects of project. </li> <li style="">Reviews and understands prime contract and building systems subcontract details. Identifies and communicates risks and opportunities to the project team and ensures contract management of the trade contractors. </li> <li style="">Reviews, negotiates, and processes change notices/orders related to building systems and assesses their effect on the project budget scope, and schedule. </li> <li style="">Leads the project team and is responsible overall for the execution of the building systems commissioning process. </li> <li style="">Provides recommendations to project site staff regarding project-specific improvements that may impact building systems. </li> <li style="">Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="">High school diploma or equivalent required. Tradesperson or postsecondary diploma/degree in a related discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, controls) is preferred. </li> <li style="">7 to 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical/electrical construction, including 2 years of supervisory experience. </li> <li style="">Immediate knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, principles, and practices. </li> <li style="">Ability to facilitate the coordination of mechanical, electrical, architectural, civil, and structural drawings specifications. </li> <li style="">Knowledge of relevant construction law and associated impacts, and ability to apply building codes, as required. </li> <li style="">Uses effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. </li> <li style="">Planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines, and delegate tasks. </li> <li style="">Understanding od decision-making authority and ability to present solutions. </li> <li style="">Ability to quickly adapt and become proficient with new software. </li> </ul></div></div></div>The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
