Here's how a(n) Nas Production Manager<img title="Click and drag to move" src="/welcomePortletImageUpload/e1b65d91-bfbb-4683-b3bd-3ad381f9b97a" width="15" height="15"> for our Nassal<img title="Click and drag to move" src="/welcomePortletImageUpload/a785d0de-eed9-4473-8745-5535af7b7455" width="15" height="15"> office contributes to our team: <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Responsibilities</H2> </div><div> <ul> <li>Supports the liaison for the creation, tracking, collaboration and execution of all Work Orders between the Fabrication Shop and the Project Teams/Clients.</li> <li>Reviews work orders and shop drawings to ensure the necessary information is provided for the commencement of fabrication i.e. cut files, client expectations, sequence for client review and buy-off.</li> <li>Sources third party scopes by reviewing and approving relevant subcontract documents and Purchase Order Agreements.</li> <li>Leads the updates of the list of deliverables within the Inventory Management software system.</li> <li>Assesses the schedule and reviews progress with Fabrication Manager and Fabrication Director to ensure updating/reporting of a resource loaded, logic driven schedule for all Work Orders.</li> <li>Organizes, assembles and transmits proposed shop drawing revisions for approval to the project teams via submittal of redlines.</li> <li>Facilitates the transmission process of interim and final requests and approvals via a sign-off form to the project teams and foremen.</li> <li>Leads the organization and dissemination of closeout documentation at the end of a project, per project specifications.</li> <li>Understands and actively manages client expectations and contract.</li> <li>Demonstrates the ability to Identify potential risks on project scopes and/or the project.</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div> <ul> <li>Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize own work and direct report tasks</li> <li>Proven critical thinking skills.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of fabrication drawings and specifications, project health, safety and environment (HSE), quality, and required standards as per discipline.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of fabrication equipment and techniques, methods, and building materials.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li> <li>Fundamental ability to update the project schedule and identify the critical path.</li> <li>Effective conflict-resolution skills and professional judgment.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in leading effective project meetings with team members and clients.</li> </ul> </div></div></div> PCL is an innovative, employee-owned company comprised of people who find passion in their profession and take pride in doing great work every day.
