As a student at PCL, you will get the opportunity for challenging work assignments in a supportive work environment which promotes personal and professional growth.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are seeking a <strong>Scheduling Student</strong> for our <strong>Toronto district</strong>, within our Canadian Buildings Division that are available for <strong>4 or 8 months starting September 2026. </strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As a <strong>Scheduling Student</strong> and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:</p> <p> </p> </div> <div> <div> <div> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h2> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Assists with schedule creation</li> <li>Updates for small projects based on direction from Scheduling Manager</li> <li>Creates schedule content and completes schedule updates as directed</li> <li>Assists schedulers with monitoring and communicating the project schedules to project and scheduling team</li> <li>Basic Knowledge of construction specifications, building materials, methods, and materials.</li> </ul> <p> </p> </div> </div> <div> <div> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></h2> </div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment basic knowledge of building materials, methods, and materials</li> <li>Application of various computer software programs will be required, including scheduling software such as: Primavera, Microsoft Project or excel as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable systems</li> <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment with scheduling team</li> </ul> <p> </p> </div> </div> </div> <div id="footerContent"> <p><strong>Next Step:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Please note that candidates who have been selected to move forward to the next stage of the recruitment process will receive an email to complete a short online video interview.</li> </ul> <p> </p> </div> </div> </div> </div><div></div><p>The estimated hourly range for this role is $21.37- $31.33, based on your experience and qualifications.
