Previous experience in a supervisory role an asset. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Solid understanding of applicable OH&S and environmental legislation and HSE processes. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Conflict resolution skills, with the ability to problem-solve. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to develop, influence, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong working knowledge of construction processes and terminology. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.</li> </ul></div></div></div>The estimated salary range for this role is $95,000 to $114,500, based on your experience and qualifications.
