Proactively identifies, manages, and resolves potential problems, work conflicts, or schedule challenges. Develops and implements recovery plan. Works with project team to anticipate and resolve project issues.</li> <li style="">Effectively communicates with own forces and trades and ensures performance, productivity, quality, and safety requirements are met.
