Leads recruitment process for senior-level positions. Utilizes appropriate recruitment sourcing strategies and builds strategic industry contacts to build a candidate pipeline. </li> <li>Leads local market research and analysis for salary/bonus review cycle. </li> <li>Provides guidance, coaching, and training on all aspects of career management. </li> <li>Guides and coaches supervisors through progressive discipline process for entry to mid-level positions, including the development and delivery of performance improvement plans and/or progressive disciplinary strategies on employee relations issues up to and including termination. </li> <li>Leads investigations, including communication/implementation of outcomes/decisions. Assists manager on complex investigations. </li> <li>Has demonstrated experience in executing employment investigations. </li> <li>Oversees student program strategy, enhances, and influences the program to align with district strategies.
