<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Mission</H2> </div><div><p>Ensures the management the all of the activities related to the environmental safety and security of the employees (oil spills, toxic fumes etc..), in collaboration with an occupational doctor and Group HSE, analyzing risks and accidents and planning improvement initiatives.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Main Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><p><strong>HSE Local Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Following Group policies and procedures, ensures compliance with quality, environmental, and energy standards and the level of risk in terms of safety</li> <li>Manages and coordinates occupational medicine activities </li> <li>Manages employees’ occupational injuries and disabilities in cooperation with Human Capital and the local occupational doctor</li> <li>Ensure the right evaluation of the ergonomic workstation</li> <li>Ensure the timely procurement of DPI and its proper handling and distribution. Monitor the safe use of DPI in different roles</li> <li>Verifies compliance with legal duties (plant certification, emissions management, and other legal duties defined by regulations)</li> <li>Manages the mandatory training about safety </li> <li>Manages the first aid teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Risk Analysis and Audit Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze and evaluates risk related employee safety, plan improvement initiatives and monitor results</li> <li>Analyze injuries and incidents, definition of corrective actions and improvements needed to improve the incidence of accidents and incidents</li> <li>Updates the local HSE management system</li> <li>Responsible to manage local audit in coordination with Group HSE Management System</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible to update HSE local KPI related to accidents, energy consumption, hazardous waste management etc..</li> <li>Provides accident and incident analysis to define corrective actions and improvements needed to reduce the incidence of accidents and incidents</li> <li>Provides environmental risk analysis in order to define corrective actions and improvements necessary to reduce environmental risks</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Castel Maggiore (BO).</p></div></div></div>
