Monitor deliveries confirmations and escalate missing confirmation to avoid impact on production.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>MAIN RESPONSABILITIES</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Order Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Issue purchase orders according to customer and production needs.</li> <li>Updating constantly the backlog in order to get confirmations and delivery date on time.</li> <li>Review excess and shortage of material sources with Purchasing to minimize the impact.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Materials Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify critical material deliveries, prioritize them through the supply chain and work with suppliers to cover material demand.</li> <li>Cooperate with R&D or/and Sourcing to identify alternatives and second source in case of shortage.</li> <li>Cooperate with Production Planning to manage the risks in supply of materials.</li> <li>Escalate to direct supervisor any possible issues that can impact on production continuity.</li> <li>Cooperate with Sourcing to update MRP parameters relative to security stocks, lead time, MOQ, rounding value to optimize the supply chain</li> <li>Management of daily communication with suppliers and Purchasing</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Budget</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Cooperate with Sourcing to implement budget prices and find saving opportunities in the spot market.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>KPI</strong></p> <ul> <li>Order confirmation rate.</li> <li>Number planned orders to be released.</li> <li>Backlog rescheduling rate</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Basic ability to handle and manage technical drawings</li> <li>Experience in procurement or material planning roles</li> <li>Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Ability to manage supplier relationships</li> <li>Preferred background in mechanical industry or industrial automation industry</li> <li>Knowledge of English language (B1 level)</li> <li>High school diploma or university degree</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>COMPENSATION PACKAGE</strong></p> <p>The annual compensation range for this position is €32,000 - €43,000, with additional benefits.<br>This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.<br>Additional information regarding compensation, benefits, and career progression criteria will be provided during the recruitment process.</p> <p> </p> <p>Location: Castel Maggiore.</p> <p><br>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
