You will also drive continuous improvement by applying root cause analysis to prevent recurring and systemic product failures.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p><strong>Testing Methodologies</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Defines and maintains guidelines to ensure the quality and reliability of measurement results for raw materials, products, and production batches</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensures that measurement samples are representative of the material, product, or series, and that certified reference materials are used to guarantee measurement traceability</p> </li> <li> <p>Verifies that measurements meet the required standards of accuracy and precision, ensuring data robustness and integrity</p> </li> <li> <p>Drives continuous improvement of measurement methodologies by standardizing analytical procedures and reducing measurement bias</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Testing</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensures and manages first-article inspections and sampling activities (PPAP – Production Part Approval Process, shot drawings, dimensional reports) for purchased raw materials</p> </li> <li> <p>Manages first deliveries and ongoing series inspections to ensure compliance with the Group’s quality standards</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversees quality controls related to supplier issues, performing root cause analysis to identify underlying causes, define corrective actions, and prevent recurrence</p> </li> <li> <p>Manages inspections and containment activities for potentially non-conforming components supplied by vendors</p> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)</li> <li>3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the metalworking/manufacturing sector</li> <li>Experience in Quality</li> <li>Strong mechanical knowledge</li> <li>Good knowledge of English</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>COMPENSATION PACKAGE</b></H2> </div><div><p>The annual compensation range for this position is €38,000 - €43,000, with additional benefits.</p> <p>This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.</p> <p>Additional information regarding compensation, benefits, and career progression criteria will be provided during the recruitment process.</p> <p> </p> <p>Location: Forlì</p> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
