Manage resources to support testing demand.</li> </ul> Requirements gathering <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To discuss and work with SA & Dev teams or SMBC to understand the testing requirements to determine the testing coverage and collect sample test data (if available).</li> </ul> Documentation <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Review documentations created by QA team leader, Senior System Analyst or vendor to ensure quality.</li> </ul> Testing and tracking <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Tracking testing activities against test plans and track defects (Log Defect with assigned Severity, Retest and Close Defect) discovered to resolution. Report statistics and statuses to PM.</li> </ul> People management <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide guidance and mentorship to the team and ensure process and compliance is met. Provide direction, support and set performance goals to the team. Timely escalate issues to PM.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support on hiring matters such as interviews where required.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Onboard new joiners to their roles.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coach and guide team members on their jobs.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage and motivate team performance, guided by performance management framework.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Engage team members to identify and support them on their career aspirations and development plans.</li> </ul> Test Strategy & Planning <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Define the overall test strategy (manual, automation, performance, security, UAT and required other type of test).</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Create and maintain the Test Plan, including scope, timelines, resources, tools, and risks.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Decide test entry/exit criteria and quality gates.</li> </ul> Test Execution & Control <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure test cases are designed, reviewed, and executed effectively.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor testing progress against plan and adjust as needed.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure defect lifecycle is followed correctly (logging, triage, retesting, closure).</li> </ul> Defect & Risk Management <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Facilitate defect triage meetings with development and stakeholders.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assess quality risks and communicate their impact clearly.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure high-severity defects are resolved or mitigated before release.</li> </ul> Stakeholder & Cross-Team Communication <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Act as the primary point of contact for testing.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Communicate testing status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist management for go/no-go release decisions with providing the analysis.</li> </ul> Test Metrics & Reporting <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Define and track key quality metrics such as test coverage, defect density, defect leakage, test execution progress and produce regular test status reports and dashboards.</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, serif">Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. With good command of English both verbal and written.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, serif">Min. 7-10 years' experiencing working as Quality Assurance Analyst/ Tester in a bank, FI or a consultancy company.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, serif">Familiar with defect management tools.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, serif">Ability to understand technical jargons and some understanding of technology environment setup. </li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, serif">Strong communication skill.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, serif">Strong presentation skill.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, serif">Proven track record of team leading experience.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, serif">Strong sense of ownership and take responsibility.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, serif">Good to have any professional QA certification.
