We work closely as one SMBC Group to offer personal, corporate and investment banking services to meet the needs of our customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>With sustainability embedded within our strategy and operations, we are committed to creating a society in which today’s generation can enjoy economic prosperity and well-being, and pass it on to future generations.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Assist in implementing IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001)</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support compliance activities related to internal policies and external regulations</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Monitor adherence to IT policies, procedures, and standards</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Help maintain documentation of governance processes and controls</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Maintain and update IT policies, procedures, and guidelines</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensure proper version control and accessibility of documents</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Assist in drafting new policies when required</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">At least 1–2 years of experience in IT governance, IT audit, risk, or compliance</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Understanding of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL), Information security standards (ISO 27001), Risk management and internal controls, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Good documentation and report-writing abilities</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Attention to detail and organizational skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Good communication and coordination abilities</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>
