<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><br>• Oversee the planning and delivery of data platform projects and system changes following the Software Development Lifecycle.</p> <p>• Serve as a data architect involved in logical and physical data modeling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect requirements, design solutions, and implement data strategies utilizing Azure services such as Data Lake, Synapse, and Databricks.</p> <p>• Build data models to support data marts/enterprise data warehouse.<br>• Manage data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and availability.</p> <p>• Ability to influence and steer technical direction.</p> <p>• Front technical reviews with technical team.</p> <p>• Involve in solutioning discussions with stakeholders.<br>• Provide guidance and mentorship to data engineers and analysts.<br>• Identify and assess new data technologies and tools, making recommendations for adoption.</p> <p>• Ensure adherence to data governance and security policies.<br>• Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of the data platform.<br>• Effectively communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.</p> <p>• Collaborate with the data management office to identify governance requirements and ensure integration with existing platforms.<br>• Implement data management best practices, including data cataloguing, lineage tracking, and metadata management within Azure.<br>• Oversee budgeting for data initiatives, ensuring resource allocation aligns with organizational goals.</p> <p>• Provide ongoing maintenance and L3 support. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Requirements</strong><br>• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent; master’s degree is a plus.</p> <p>• Min. 8 years of working experience in management information systems, regulatory reporting, data management or data analytics role within Banks/Financial Institutions. <br>• Experience in leading mid-sized project implementation.</p> <p>• Understand bank product, services, regulatory environment and customer needs</p> <p> • Understand bank traditional product and services for all commercial banking product<br>• Proficient in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/Agile project delivery framework.</p> <p>• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable data solutions on Azure.<br>• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<br>• Relevant certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate)</p> <p>• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.<br>• Experience in Microsoft Azure, data management, data warehousing, data mart, data visualization, design and implementation will be advantageous.<br>• Knowledge in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting & Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, Capital / Profitability Management would be a plus.</p> <p>• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM, ITIL is a plus. <br> </p> <p> </p>
