Long term plans to remain in this field. Must have an eye for detail and an analytical mind and willing to be hands on.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Functional or Technical Competencies (including in areas such as IT compliance or ESG compliance)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Understanding of AML and corporate compliance requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Good skills and understanding of Microsoft Excel and dashboard creation</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">(candidates with lesser experience will be considered at Senior Analyst level)</span></p>
