Analyze portfolio performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize returns. </span></li> </ul> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%">Stakeholder Management: </span></strong><span style="line-height:115%">Track record in engaging and collaborating with various internal stakeholders including risk functions such as credit, legal and compliance teams.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%">Reporting:</span></strong><span style="line-height:115%"> Prepare and present comprehensive reports on portfolio performance, risk analysis, and strategic initiatives to internal stakeholders and portfolio reports to external stakeholders in relation to capital efficiency transactions. </span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%">Actively manage capital efficiency transactions</span></strong><span style="line-height:115%">, which is key to the growth plans as the bank seeks to increase profitability as well as return on equity</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%">Data Analytics: </span></strong><span style="line-height:115%">Key support in management of capital efficiency transactions, including portfolio data analytics, data mining & optimization and preparation of surveillance reports for internal and external stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%">Deal Execution</span></strong><span style="line-height:115%">: To be involved in all aspects and provide support for capital efficiency transactions, from deal initiation, portfolio creation, internal approvals, stakeholders management, execution and post -closing surveillance reporting to investors (including replenishments).</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:normal"><strong><span style="">Strategic Development:</span></strong><span style=""> Provide support and work closely with the local and regional teams to share ideas and analysis that can help develop the credit portfolio management and capital efficiency platform. </span></li> </ul>
