entire IT landscape of an organization, ensuring it aligns with business goals and strategy</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Define and elaborate SMBC’s system target architecture blueprint, which allows to have a common technology direction aligning with business strategy</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Establish and maintain the overarching EA framework, policy, standard, procedure, guidelines, ensuring adherence to architecture guiding principles and standard</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Creating and maintaining system landscape diagrams that visualize the overall IT and business landscape</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Establish and maintain the as-is & to-be architectures for each domain based on the SMBC enterprise architecture framework</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Establish and maintain the strategy and roadmap to adopt the target architecture , and architecture standards & guidelines and the governance process</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Conduct the architectural and security review for all the key projects, and provide the with IT & Biz project teams to improve the architecture and security design of applications</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Effectively collaborate with different stakeholders in the organization to drive & support the digital transformation</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Leads the enterprise architect team to design and implement the solution for foundational IT platforms such as hybrid cloud , data Lakehouse, API Portal and API gateway, Enterprise Service Bus etc.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span>Bachelor’s degree with min. of 15 years of experience in solutioning for large complex programs with experience in banking solutions.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span>Hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise IT systems and banking applications.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span>Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior management effectively, supported by strong verbal, written communication, and executive presence.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span>Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span>Knowledge or experience with cloud computing platforms and services.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span>Familiarity with financial industry is a plus.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span>Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and compliant IT infrastructure.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span>Strong knowledge in security standards and practices, experience in design the solution to meet the security requirement.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span>Ability to assess complex IT environments and propose effective architecture solutions.</span></li> <li
