Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will plan and supervise maintenance personnel in improvements, repairs and preventive maintenance on all foundry equipment, machining equipment, and facility. This role is also responsible for directing Electricians, Maintenance Technicians, and Laborers to a 100 % uptime goal. Another primary objective is supporting manufacturing to improve safety, quality, maximize productivity, and contribute to the overall profitability of the organization.
