Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is Visa’s global consulting organization, delivering data‑driven insights and strategic advisory services to Visa’s clients. The Manager will lead client engagements, manage day‑to‑day client relationships, and deliver high‑impact consulting solutions that support client growth and performance.
This role is client‑facing and requires strong consulting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with close collaboration across Visa teams.
What a Manager Will Do
Lead and manage client‑facing consulting engagements, serving as a primary point of contact for client stakeholdersTranslate client business challenges into structured problem statements, analytical approaches, and actionable recommendationsDevelop and deliver high‑quality client presentations and insights for executive audiencesManage multiple workstreams and priorities, ensuring timely and high‑quality deliveryCollaborate with internal Visa partners (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk) to deliver integrated solutionsSupport opportunity identification and engagement expansion with existing clientsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting delivery excellence and professional developmentWhy This Role Matters

Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred6–10 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, analytics, financial services, payments, or technology‑enabled advisory rolesProven experience managing client-facing consulting engagements, acting as a primary point of contact for senior client stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to lead multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously, balancing delivery quality, timelines, and commercial objectivesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business issues into structured analyses and actionable recommendationsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk)High level of ownership and accountability for client satisfaction, quality of delivery, and team performanceComfort operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting insights and recommendations to executive‑level audiencesFluency in English and Portuguese required and Spanish strongly preferred for client coverage in Latin America Visa is an EEO Employer.
