Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
Within VCA exists VCA Implementation Services (VIS), a hands-on execution partner, implementing, operating, and optimizing Visa products in client environments to accelerate activation, portfolio growth, risk control, and data-driven performance.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Understand client needs and present tailored solutionsQuantify solution value and differentiationCreate sales materials and presentationsIdentify key stakeholders and processesSpot challenges and opportunities across clientsDevelop custom and scalable products using Visa and third-party assetsFind third-party partners for solution enhancementDevelop profitable pricing strategiesManage projects and programs effectivelyConsistently deliver high-quality resultsImplement hands-on solutions comfortablyPossess knowledge of on-premises and cloud data architectureApply data application techniques in statistics, machine learning, and AIUtilize BI reporting and UI/UX approachesStay updated on data science developmentsDrive revenue growth by identifying and closing opportunitiesShowcase expertise in analytics, AI, and Data ScienceBuild relationships for cross-selling and up-sellingCollaborate for efficient deploymentsCommunicate technical and non-technical aspects of solutionsWork comfortably with diverse Visa clientsMaintain deep understanding of competitive environment for Visa solutionsLeverage that understanding to shape solutions that differentiate VisaDemonstrate executive leadership when conversing with clientsCommunicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersFoster cordial relationships among different groups by displaying strong diplomacy skillsThis is a hybrid position. What we'd like from you:
Consulting and consulting sales experience with a top-tier consulting firmExpertise in card portfolio management, product management, or lifecycle managementExcellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.Experience managing complex projects within matrixed organizations.Experience in the product marketing lifecycle, including customer profile analysis, initiative development, campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign measurement.Implementation experience with products or programs within financial services.Must speak and write fluently in German and English Visa is an EEO Employer.
