About this role

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for APAC incentives, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of required submissions.Partner with country finance teams to review forecast inputs, validate assumptions, and provide constructive feedback to help improve accuracy.Conduct detailed analysis on incentives performance and variances, highlighting key risks and opportunities, and providing management with clear, objective insights to support decision-making.Support the development of clear and concise storylines for business reviews by translating analytical findings into well-structured materials and presentations.Contribute to the enhancement of forecasting processes by identifying areas for streamlining, supporting process improvements, and partnering with relevant stakeholders to increase operational efficiency.Provide analytical support for ad‑hoc requests, ensuring findings are well‑synthesized and communicated in a way that is easy for stakeholders to understand.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field, with 10+ years of relevant post‑qualification experience. Pricing and deals management experience is an added advantageResourceful self‑starter with strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Strong analytical, quantitative, and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to present data clearly to support decision-making.Skilled in data visualization and managing large datasets, with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.Proven ability to multi‑task, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines Visa is an EEO Employer.
